Eclipse Autoclave’s
The Eclipse steam steriliser range is available as Class “B” fractionated vacuum models, specially designed and manufactured for dental practices. They are available in 22 litre capacity. Each model has an automated door locking and opening system and the simple press button control panel makes the steriliser very easy to use.
All Eclipse sterilisers come with an inbuilt printer and USB information download facility as standard. Each model is fully automated with pre-programmed sterilisation cycles including testing cycles. The high precision micro processor control system gives perfect sterilisation results every time.
An inbuilt independent steam generator provides readily available steam for faster cycles. The clear LCD screen displays continuous information on each cycle’s progress. The sterilisation chamber and pressure door are manufactured from the highest quality stainless steel with a highly polished finish and easy wipe clean exterior. The design of the water reservoir allows for easy access for fi lling and maintenance cleaning.
All Eclipse sterilisers have many inbuilt safety features and cycles will not commence until the door is safely secured. The double locking safety device prevents the door being opened whilst the chamber is pressurised. Safety valves and thermostats prevent over pressurisation and overheating of both the chamber and steam generator unit. An inbuilt RCD unit also protects all electrical circuits in the event of a malfunction.
All Eclipse steam sterilisers fully comply with MDD 93/42/EEC, BS EN13060 small sterilisers, HTM 2010-01-05, pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC “SEP”.
